Residential window cleaning can have it's challenges. We don't recommend you try this at home! Have us clean your windows to a sparkle. We take great pride in using drop cloths and "booties" on our feet in your home. Who wants someone to drip their window cleaning solution on your nice carpet or track dirt into your home?
Q. Do you include cleaning tracks while cleaning windows?
A. Cleaning the tracks can range from a simple wipe, to using wet vacuums and small brushes. This is because there are different types of tracks. Take for example the older aluminum window tracks.
Over time, and without regular cleaning they can get so clogged up with the gunk of yesteryears that some windows won't even open a nymore. These are the most time consuming ones to clean. We literally (gently) scrub them clean with soap and water and a wet vacuum. We charge extra for this service. We can give you the estimate for this right over the phone. All other tracks will be cleaned as a part of regular service.

Mirrors cleaned We include mirror cleaning along with cleaning the windows on you house. The only exception to this rule is if there are custom mirrors in your home. Here an additional charge applies.
Chandeliers We clean chandeliers, no matter how high they hang or how small the glass pieces may be.
Skylights Cleaning skylights consists of two factors. To clean the outside, walking on the roof is necessary. For the inside a ladder is needed. On some homes skylight cleaning from the inside calls for a tall inside ladder inside.
Screens All window screens will be washed and dried before putting them back in your windows.
Paint over spray removal There are different types of paint removal prior to window cleaning. From holiday paint on storefront windows to cleaning up after a fresh painting or construction site. We specialize here.
Q. How do you remove the paint from the windows?
A. There is only one way to correctly remove paint from the windows. In some situations you will have a fine mist of paint overs pray, in another you will have splatter of paint and in other cases you will have concrete on the windows. In some scenarios the use of solvents is the key. Other cases not. In this instance we use the scrapers for effective "construction cleanup" window cleaning. Some customers feel uncomfortable with the use of scrapers as they can put scratches in the glass. However we follow the industry standard for scrapers and utilizing the correct technique for this along with using the best window cleaning scrapers and blades will greatly reduce the chance of
scratching the windows. However, on some types of glass (not all) there is a risk in this. Perfection Window Cleaning always assess this factor and will determine the best method for your situation.
